Beloved wife of Jim, much loved mum of Jamie and Imogen and a dear grandma of three grandchildren. Jolene will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 1st May 2024, Huddersfield Crematorium at 11:15am.
